Housing Agreement

Before moving in to the Shelter, every Delt is required to sign a Housing Agreement.  The Housing Agreement is very much like a lease you might have with an apartment building.  It outlines what you will receive from the fraternity (room, insurance coverage, etc.) in exchange for your monthly payments.  It also spells out the important chapter rules that each person is expected to follow while a member of Delta Tau Delta.

If you or your parents have any questions regarding the Housing Agreement, please do not hesitate to let us know.  The following Housing Agreement must filled out completely and signed by both the student and a parent before he will be allowed to reside in the Shelter.
